Class A Motorhomes

Class A Motorhomes are similar to a bus, with some of them actually built on
the same frame as a large commercial bus (a la Greyhound). They feature
more head room, cabinets, and basement storage than
the other types of motorhomes.  Larger units have multiple air conditioning
units, full-sized refrigerator/freezers, full-sized baths, and lots of upgrades
too numerous to mention.

Class A motorhomes can be diesel or gas.  When the diesel engine is
located in the rear of the RV it is a "diesel-pusher". Larger Class A's have
two axles in the rear (called a "tag" axle).

Entry-level Class A motorhomes start at about $130,000, while high-level
Class A's can set you back over one million dollars. That's a lot of dough for
a vehicle, but you can't take it with you!
